Products

 With a new manufacturer and improved production process, our Polyhedron and Stereochemistry model sets have upgraded to the new "Alpha" series. Please be advised that parts from an Alpha series set and parts from a Non-Alpha series set will not be compatible with each other.  

Shipping

 When your order begins its journey to you, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email from the carrier containing a tracking link.  

 Orders ship within 1-3 business days of the order date. Transit time will depend on the carrier and shipping method selected. Please check the tracking information for details.

 We ship domestically and internationally, but unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.  

 Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing if international orders will be charged customs fees. We are not personally involved with international customs and do not collect any fees, and therefore are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred. Please also note that customs clearance may cause delays in transit time.   

Payment & Ordering

 We accept all major credit cards.   

 Absolutely. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don't store any of your payment information.

Please note that if there is a charge associated with change(s) to the shipping address required after the order has shipped, you will be charged for the Address Correction Fee.
